Beer cheaper than gas

WILLOW SPRINGS, MO - Bored out of my mind, so very ready to get back on the road. Have been filling up my time with walking around and taking lots of pictures. (Also, sleeping and reading and watching crap TV and eating surprisingly decent pizza.)

I find it interesting that when you envisioned this adventure, you likely pictured winding roads, the wind in your hair, seven states in 2 days, etc. But now that you're doing it, there's a lot more stillness than expected. Which may be a blessing in disguise, as you get to meet the Bettys of the world, right up close, inside their walled flower beds. I love it!

I think when you did this post the oil prices was near to $150 per barrell. I has come down to $60. What about the oil prices now? Is beer or oil more cheaper now?
